Available now for pre-order is the new Celtic away kit, which will be released on August 19th. A pretty striking green in colour, the new Celtic away shirt might not be to everyones taste, with a pretty busy pattern across the front which definately catches the eye.
What you might not notice, is that the pattern is actually 1888, the clubs foundation date, repeated in a stylish font, with subtle hoops behind it. The shirt and shorts both feature the clubs new sponsor Tennent’s, in adult versions only, and the Celtic badge and Nike logo are embroidered on the chest.
Like all of Nike’s new replicas, the Celtic away shirt is made using recycled plastic bottles, helping the environment and providing a lighter Dri-Fit material for maximum comfort.
The Celtic away kit’s first outing will probably be against Inverness CT in the first league game of the season, as the team wore last seasons Celtic away kit against Braga in their 3-0 Champions League defeat in Portugal.

I actually quite like this kit which is pretty strange seeing as usually I’d find that colour repulsive, finda works though. If celtic lose their 1st game in it what are the chances it will be branded unlucky?
